How do I stop scrolling on a 42 inch Dell Plasma HDTV??
I have had the scroll since day one and cannot get rid of it. I recently put in a very expensive surge protector thinking it would help and the scroll is still there. It’s not a very heavy line, but it is noticible. The scroll always starts at the bottom and goes to the top. HELP!!!
If you’ve had this from day one, then bring it back to Dell. This isn’t supposed to be happening and has nothing to do with a surge protector.
